Hi, I’m Raissa Miller, owner and operator of Caring Transitions of Charlotte South & West. Through my personal experiences with senior relocations and passion to serve others, I’m thrilled to open a business that allows me to make a difference in people’s lives. A trained classical singer and an English teacher, I’ve always been drawn to roles that require compassion and a deep connection with others. Recently, I had to navigate my grandmother’s relocation in Belgium from here in the States. Watching her endure challenges alone and then considering my own parents living abroad who might eventually need the same help, I realized the enormous emotional and practical support required during such significant life changes. That’s why I opened my Caring Transitions location. Since moving to Charlotte in 2006, I have grown to love and understand this community deeply. My connection with the area and my passion for helping others make this much more than just a business– it’s a way to give back to the community I call home. At Caring Transitions of Charlotte South & West, we provide comprehensive solutions for seniors facing the challenges of moving, downsizing, and estate sales. My approach is simple – tell me your needs and problems, and I’ll do everything possible to solve them. I aim to make every experience with our customers as smooth and stress-free as possible. When I’m not busy helping families through their transitions, I love being a ‘local tourist’ in Charlotte, exploring and rediscovering the beauty of our area.
